NEWS OF NOTE:
Updated 2/1/26
Happy February! It’s the month of LOVE, and here are just a few of the things we love at Romagnoli Accordions…
- New accordion players! Whether it’s a 10-year-old picking up their first instrument or an 80-year-old rediscovering a lifelong passion, there’s nothing better than welcoming someone new to the accordion world.
- A beautiful accordion. A brand-new double tone chamber Scandalli, a well-loved Italo-American classic, or even a little gold-glittered student model—we love them all.
- Saturday Squeeze Sessions. Watching everyone play together is pure joy. It’s a wonderful mix of ages, instruments, and skill levels, all united by a shared love of music and community.
- A truly complex repair. There’s nothing more rewarding than staring at a problem and thinking “I have no idea”…until suddenly you do. Handing a perfectly tuned instrument back to its owner never gets old.
- All the great accordionists! Frank Rossi, Eddie Korosa, Dick Contino, Pietro Deiro, Myron Floren, Richard Galliano, Flaco Jimenez, Cory Pesaturo, Walter Ostanek, Judy Tenuta, Weird Al, CJ Chenier… and the list just goes on and on!
- Most of all, after 116 years as a family-owned business, we love that we still get to come into the shop, meet incredible people, and do work we truly love every single day.
